Thanks to our wonderful supporters, Ruel Foundation regularly partner with an organisation called Philippine Band of Mercy (PBM) to fund surgeries for cleft lip/palate deformities. This week they were in Roxas, where 62 children and teenagers were operated on (a new record!) including two little Ruel people, Mr B and Little Miss R.
