Today we celebrated two birthdays at Ruel.
The Birthday Girl is Ate Danielle. She is volunteering with us from New Zealand and is already very loved.
The Birthday Boy is Mr W. His family situation is very sad, and he and his two sisters have had a hard time in their lives.
It is sometimes hard to get a smile out of Mr W., but at Ruel we believe an important way to celebrate and value each child is by helping them have a good time on their birthday. Enjoy these birthday pics.
