Walks Around the Neighbourhood

Sometimes, depending on the weather and what sort of mood the Ruel kids are in, we go for a walk around the neighbourhood. There are no 'playgrounds' as such nearby, but we have a couple of open areas we go to have a run around.

I (Kuya David) have found these walks to be a great way to get to know the local area, and I am slowly getting used to the stares that come with being a white guy in amongst a group of kids.

Here are some pictures of our most recent journeys:

Proudly showing off our new possessions that we acquired along the way. These included a blue plastic tube, empty handcream containers, half a toy truck, a toy dinosaur, a medallion sash without the medal attached, a broken pink Gameboy and a broken cellphone.

It's funny how the kids are so desperate to get in the photos, then they don't look at the camera

Little Mr R willingly wore this lovely floral arrangement on his head.

Kuya David's Australia hat went in the washing machine, as it was passed around on too many heads today
