Well, the first ever Ruel Foundation 5K Fun Run has come and gone, and what a great morning it was! We were blessed with beautiful weather and amazing support from the community, both through financial sponsorship and attendance and participation on the day.
Pauline gave me the job of photographer and so I snapped away happily with my trusty Samsung Galaxy III. There was far too much action for just one blog post, so the is the first of a series. Enjoy!

It was strange for some of the participants seeing a white guy taking pictures of them, but pretty soon they warmed up and I got some smiles.
The kids were ready and raring to go!
