I thought it would be a good time to give you an updated glimpse at the close-to 50 children who have been cared for by the wonderful staff at Ruel Foundation this year.
Firstly, here are some stats:
- We currently care for 30 children, aged from 2 months old to 10 years old
- There are 17 boys and 13 girls
- 12 of our current children are here temporarily, while 18 are waiting for a new home
- 18 of our current children have been here since the start of the year and 12 have come during the year
- We have had 13 children come for medical/nutritional reasons and then return to their families
- We have had 7 children leave due to international adoption. They now live in US, Spain, Ireland and Canada
- We have 3 more children confirmed for adoption in the near future
